As a currency transfer platform, we recognise the importance of excellent security practices. While we are a small team, we work hard ensure high standards of security.

City Express AU stores the minimum amount of data required in order to provide our services. Customer KYC and banking data are stored by compliant service partners such as Veriff.

256-bit encryption Files and data are fully encrypted at rest and in transit.
IDP and IPS. We use intrusion detection and prevention systems.
Hosted on AWS. We use AWS servers in Sydney, Australia.

Our server environment, hosted on AWS, has been accredited under ISO 27001, SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 and PCI Level 1.

Penetration testing

We had a penetration test performed in February of 2023.
